Project goal:

Snaker wants to be a reference in the sector, providing   personalized customer service in addition to the customization of the skates and very good offers.

Target audience:

The typical user is between 15-35 years old.

Research:

I conducted user interviews, which I then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target and user needs. Discovering the need on the users for a more personalized treatment.

Usability findings:

These were the main findings uncovered by the usability studio:

  • Custom: The users didn’t understand 100% the way the customer service is provided.
  • Brands: The users weren’t sure of how options choose in terms of brand.
  • Account: During the checkout process, there wasn’t a completely clear way for the user to log in their accounts.
