Research:
I conducted some interviews and created empathy maps to understand the user’s needs for whom I’m designing.
This user group confirmed initial assumptions about UArt customers, but the research revealed a few problems with the methodology of the app.
I could find some pain points as:
- High costs (The prices of these services used to be very expensive.)
- Accessibility (The target has to be always people with a high position in society. Always first class and with bigs amounts of money. In this case, we need to find a solution for most people who like art and can’t and don’t want to afford that high status.)
- Ignorance(As it opaque environment, people think that art is something for the richest. But this is not true.)
